Act as the central hub for IT governance, maintaining templates, tools and resources utilised across the functionPrepare high quality reports and presentations for executive audiences.Collaborate with operational and project delivery teams to identify, develop and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.Brilliant benefits and a flexible hybrid work environment!About the RoleThe IT Capital and Governance Analyst is the central hub for the IT function's governance and capital planning activities, working with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to ensure processes are clearly communicated and artefacts are of a high quality. You will ensure smooth information flow across various groups, manage essential resources, and collaborate with key stakeholders, all to support a financially sound IT capital plan for the University.Your responsibilities will include:Gathering stakeholder inputs, managing templates and preparing reports to plan for and deliver the University's annual IT capital plan.Providing governance support to key decision-making groups, preparing agendas, clearly communicating actions, and maintaining governance resources.Preparing reports and presentations for executive audiences.Who we are looking forWe are looking for a team player with curiosity, adaptability and exceptional communication skills. We want someone who can tailor messages for all levels, from broad staff to senior stakeholders, and craft clear, engaging presentations. You will be using your strong analytical skills to tackle challenges and find creative solutions. This role requires both independent initiative and the ability to build strong relationships within the team.You will also have:A degree in commerce/business, information technology or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.Experience working with project delivery, particularly in/with IT teams.Experience supporting governance processes/mechanisms.For further information regarding responsibilities and requirements please refer to the attached PD.This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check.
