As a Planner is to ensure that the T0 is executed with all maintenance activities for assigned area including support trades. This role oversees the GC and other vendors. This accountability in the role will be leading and managing all aspects of the program maintenance system within the guidelines of the Maintenance and Reliability Standard.Minimum Requirements:Over 10 years’ work experience and expertise in trade backgroundThorough knowledge of business processes with a particular focus on the Maintenance Process.Experience with technical knowledge and skills.Detailed knowledge of planning/ schedulingStrong knowledge of active damage mechanisms for pressure vessels, static and rotating assetsExperience as lead investigator for reliability incidents.Responsibilities:Coordinate all maintenance activities for assigned area including support trades(scaffolding, E&I, Insulation, labourers)Coordinate external services including: Cranes, Pressure and Vac, PSV/Valve, Scaffolding & insulation, or other Vendors to ensure resources are met with in the T1-T6.Coordinate external contractors and equipment rentals. Assist with permits as well as check, verify and sign time sheets including equipment rentals and supplied materials.Assist the Maintenance field staff to mitigate delays and solve problems, ensuring the availability of tools, services and materials.Attend daily and cycle scheduling meetingsResponsible for daily work scheduling process.Assess with the MC to plan and facilitate scope creep.Assess with the MC to plan and facilitate emergency and break-in work.Work with SCM to ensure that materials are kitted as required to allow work to progress uninterrupted.Liaison with Operations, Mtce Coordinator and engineering on scope changes/deletions/additions in a T0 schedule.Obtain appropriate approvals for any changes from the approved scope or schedule prior to authorizing implementation.Ensure assigned job plans are executed per plan.
