Job DescriptionThe Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), member of the Eurosystem, is currently offering an :Internship in Organizational Resilience : Business Continuity and Operational Risk (m/f)Full time - (ref.: ST-02/RFO3/2024)Your missions:You will get an overview of ORM and BCM domains;You will participate in the update of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for different business entities (sections) in order to get a first understanding of some critical activities of the bank;You will work with business teams to establish a list of the main operational tasks for each critical activity that is listed in the BIA;You will participate in the execution of the existing business continuity tests and assist in drafting reports, maintaining the issues tracking list and performing the follow-up with stakeholders;You will assist a BCM expert in developing new tests in line with our internal procedure;You will assist in developing indicators (KPI/KRI) to be included in the governance for the non-financial risk report;Your profile:You are currently enrolled in Master’s studies in Economics or Finance;You have a basic understanding of Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Management;You are an analytical thinker, team player and flexible;You are fluent in English, any other language is considered an asset;You have excellent knowledge in all standard office applications (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).We offer:We offer a varied and interesting internship that allows you to put your theoretical knowledge from your studies directly into practice.
