WORKPLACE TRANSFORMATION EXPERTRoleImplement the Digital workplace & Employee Experience vision:o Employee mobility: enable work securely from anywhere, anytime and anyhow incompliance with regulatory context.o Strive for employee productivity and digital well-being through access to technology andinnovation.Technical Specialist: Provide expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Conditional Access,Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure & more related to Digital Workplace and implement asneeded.Strategic Advisor: Act as a key advisor to IT responsible of Digital Workplace on strategies fortransforming the workplace using technologies to enhance productivity, security, andorganizational efficiency.Change Agent: Drive and manage change initiatives related to the adoption of new Microsofttools and processes.Collaboration Facilitator: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamlessintegration of Microsoft solutions.Key responsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of the current IT infrastructure and workplace environment toidentify areas for improvement through Microsoft technologies.Develop comprehensive Digital workplace initiatives/strategies that leverage Microsofttechnologies to meet organizational goals and assure their implementation.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather input, build consensus, and ensure support fortransformation initiatives.Oversee the deployment and integration of Microsoft technologies such as Conditional Access,Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows 11.Implement technical solutions and provide support to the IT department.Develop and deliver user documentation to ensure employees understand changes andtechnical documentation for a smooth transition to operational team.Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness and adjustingas necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies & our strict security governance, and licensingagreements.Soft skillsExcellent communication skills.Ability to implement defined controls.Advanced writing skills in French and English.Ability to summarize, extract and combine comprehensive and meaningful information from avariety of sources.Ability to present facts, decisions and documents in a narrative manner.Ability to produce tailored deliverables for each audience (from end-users to IT and C-level)o E.g.: one-pager, executive summary and/or presentation, technical analysis.Ability to work independently.Extreme attention to details such as presentation and document formats.Delivery of tangible results on various initiativesIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsTechnical qualifications & skillsStrong experience with: (10y+)o Managing a complex endpoint environment with multiple services.o Deployment of a corporate version of Windows 10/11 at scale (above 1000+ users)o Implementing Zero Trust principles by using Microsoft Entra Conditional Accesso Securing and hardening a Windows client (CIS baseline, CIS controls) and the attachedecosystemo Implementing and managing a hybrid Windows client environment (i.e.: AD/AAD,Intune/MECM)o Managing and securing a Microsoft 365 environmento Designing Intune architecture and policiesStrong proficiency ofo Windows client operating systems (W11) in hybrid mode and Entra ID joined (Autopilot)o Microsoft Intune for device management and security of Windows and Apple endpointso Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) including Co-Management, CMGo OS Deployment based on MECM and Intune: Create and deploy operating systemimages, automate installation processes, and manage OS updates.o Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management (e.g.: Access Control, MFA,User & group management, Compliance)o Secured and hardened environment (E.g.: WDAC, AppLocker, MS Defender, CISbaseline, Intune EPM)o Microsoft 365 Security including Microsoft Defender for endpoints.o Microsoft 365 Administration: Advanced skills in deploying and managing Microsoft 365applications and services.o Scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBS and Batch. (converting legacy scripts)o Packaging tools.
