The team works closely with other business areas on both ICT and internal business projects and applications to ensure the organisation is positioned to meet the requirements of our external clients. The work we do involves both back of house applications and processes, and assisting our client facing teams and colleagues to find efficiencies and improve the way they work.Current opportunityThis newly created position which will contribute to the success of the firm by working closely with the wider IT team as well as internal stakeholders to provide support and maintain effective administrative systems across various areas of IT.You’ll be reporting to the Business Systems Manager and your main responsibilities will include:Provide broad IT team administration and coordination supportMaintain various IT information and data registersControl and maintenance of data and document managementAssist with purchasing processes (e.g. software procurement/renewals) including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendorsCoding and coordinating the payment of invoices with our AP teamAssist with budget reconciliation and maintenanceCredit Card expense processing and matching invoicesAssist with the establishment and maintenance of IT processes and administrative proceduresWhat you’ll need to succeedThis is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a positive contribution in a dynamic professional services firm.
