What you’ll be doing…Future PLC have an exciting opportunity for a Retention assistant to join our team, located in Cardiff. If you pride yourself on your ability to help customers, overcome objections, and find solutions, then this will be the perfect role for you.As a Retention assistant , you’ll be responsible for retaining our magazine subscription customers throughout the year, ensuring our customers are happy to continue their subscription with us.Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…Customer focused with strong questioning and listening skills, coupled with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Sales knowledge/experience advantageous.Excellent retention or selling and negotiating skills.Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload and time.What's in it for you…We have a number of awesome perks available to our staff.
