We have something to suit everyone's tastes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Culinary Team as the Chef de Cuisine looking after Epicurean Buffet, Room Service Crown Towers and Pool Bar.In this full-time role you will oversee operations for three top level outlets at Crown Perth. In this hands-on role, your creativity and passion for food will be channelled into creating a dining experience that leaves our guests with an exceptional dinning experience. Reporting to the Culinary Director, you will be required to train and mentor your teams while liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level management. Your advanced time management, organizational, and task delegation skills will ensure an efficient daily kitchen operation.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:Create modern menus, bringing the culinary talents to lightSet a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionalsOversee financial figures, headcount and overall operations of the kitchensEnsure effective outlet management and efficiencies within the operationCoach, guide and mentor team membersAdhere to all Crown safety policies and proceduresEnsure the product consistency is attained in regard to appearance and tasteDelegation of tasks and ensuring stock levelsAbout youYou'll bring the following:Experience in a Chef De Cuisine role managing successful daily operations, ideally in a buffetUnderstanding of food safety standards and HACCPExperience in a large five-star organisation with exposure to high volumeStrong organisational and communication skillsPassion for Culinary experiences to be exceptional and unforgettableAdditional InformationTo be successful, you'll need:Relevant hospitality qualification in Commercial Cookery CertificateWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
