Taylor Management is a well-established company in the Community management industry, and we are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team at a well established Active Adult Communitiy located in Toms River, NJ. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our staff members. This is a full-time position with benefits available.RequirementsResponsibilities:Manage office operations and procedures, including organizing and maintaining files, records, and suppliesCoordinate administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondenceAssist with billing and invoicing tasks, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any billing discrepanciesAssist in preparing financial reports and budgetsManage office expenses and budgetWork alongside Board of Directors in meetings with residentsRequirements:Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar roleExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesExperience with property management software is a plus, including EnumerateHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plusTaylor Management
