This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.General Warehouse Duties:Manage small team ensuring they complete their duties in line with company policies and procedures.Lead all warehouse picking, correct receipting off stock, replenishing and housekeeping processes.Warehouse operations including allocating resource, driving operational excellence and continuous improvements throughout the warehouse.Conduct weekly operational meetings within the team.Follow and monitor stock levels to ensure customer orders can be metSupport and maintain Inventory process (including all stock-take procedures)Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety, procedures, and regulations.Plan and allocate all incoming and outgoing freightEnsure compliance with relevant health and safety, procedures, and regulations.What you will bring to this role :A highly motivated and an enthusiastic personalityPrevious experience and knowledge in a Warehousing and Distribution industry will be highly regarded.Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organisations.Have a good physical fitness level, be reliable & punctualHave a willingness to do a variety of tasksWork as a proactive team member in a small team environmentUnderstanding of safe work practices and working in a safe manner at all timesMinimum 3 year's experience in operating a fork lift and customer service skills are highly desirable.MUST have valid Forklift LicenseMaintain vehicle and equipment for safe practicesWhy are we a great place to work?A great working environment with continuous professional developmentOpportunity to work for a large, successful and rapidly growing global organisationGreat company culture with inclusive events throughout the year including 6 wellbeing days, that's 6 additional days off per year!Sound like something that interests you?Please send your resume and cover letter by applying now!Important note - Only candidates with valid working rights and permanent residency status will be considered for this position.
