The Coordinator must have a strong understanding of interpersonal relationships, security event management, and organizational skills. They must also be able to support other projects and initiatives under the Event Security program. This role reports directly to the Global Event Security Sr Manager and will focus on the following:Your ImpactThe position reports to the Global Events Security Sr Manager and works cross functionally with the rest of the security department and relevant stakeholdersPartner closely with internal business stakeholders to build out globally scalable solutions focused on the Event Security programProvide friendly, professional, and exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and guestsReply to and complete all incoming requests via the company’s ticketing system, or requests that come via in-person, email, phone, or Slack messagesAlong with the Global Events Sr Security Manager, leads company events through all phases from pre-planning until completion of the eventAlong with the Global Events Sr Security Manager, leads contract security workforce through partnership with vendor supervisors and managementAlong with the Global Events Sr Security Manager, be available 24x7 in the event of an emergency while on assignment for an eventComplete all documentation required for the successful completion of company eventsQualificationsYour ExperienceAbility to convey a professional image, and effectively represent the organization in its relationship with employees, vendors, and executivesBachelor’s degree required/Master’s degree preferred – with broad exposure to both security and safety-related requirements, as well as strong business acumen skills or equivalent military experience required3+ years of relevant experience in corporate office environmental influencers, to include safety and security cultural requirementsAbility to build the workplace program with growth and change in mind - Capable of leading the efforts to differentiate our offices from other companies, from the perspective of both customers and employeesExceptional time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlinesAstute attention to detail skills and identify critical issues quickly and accuratelyIn depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-SuiteWork efficiently with minimal supervisionEffective verbal and written communication skillsAble to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressureFlexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of contractual and related mattersComfortable with ambiguityAbility to travel between 25% to 50% of the time within the EMEA regionAdditional InformationThe TeamThe Safety & Security team constantly strives to make our work environments comfortable, effective, productive, and appealing.
