This will include one alternative weekend day cover.Salary rate: £12.50 - £13.00 per hourAdditional to the above hourly rate, you will be paid for any travel time between clients at £11.44 per hour pro rata.Additional fuel allowance of 30p per mileDouble bank holiday pay rateClient matches – once you make a match you will keep returning to same person and enjoy a close relationship.Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for the following peak hours hours:Shift option one: 8.00 am start - 1.15 pm finish.Shift Option two: 9:15 start - 14.15 finish.Shift Option three: 15.30 Start - 20.30 finish.This role is Mon - Friday and require commitment to one alternative weekend day cover.Every client has the wish to remain independently living and Home Instead will deliver services ranging from medication assistance, light-housekeeping, assisting with personal hygiene routines, home cooking, social enrichment, accompanying to appointments, shopping, and general support around their daily lives.This role, suits anyone who is looking to do something that makes a difference. You will be matched one on one with your clients, and no client will be the same, so each visit will be varied. Caring for others is a rewarding role and you will get great satisfaction in your daily duties. You would need a full UK driving licence and access to transportation for this role.QualificationsYou will be trained and expected to deliver all services including:Personal hygiene careNutrition and hydrationMedication administrationInfection controlDementiaEnd of LifeLegislation & policiesManual handling & basic life supportAll Carers are assisted to achieve their Care Certificate within 12 weeks of employment.Additional InformationOffers are subject to the following stages:Completion of application & face to face interview.Successful references.Paid in-house training & online home learning.Clear enhanced DBS.
