We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress.Job DescriptionWorking hard to ensure that consistent, quality products are produced following all DO & CO standardsBeing a role model, leading a team and producing pastry according to the Head Pastry Chef/ Pastry Sous Chef scheduleInstilling a culture of job pride and ownership and motivate the team to have the ability to adapt to stressful situations and deal with any emergencies or last-minute changes to productionCoordinating, planning, and participating in the production, preparation, and presentation of meals in adherence to the menu specificationsTake ownership of a section within our busy production kitchenPrepare and Bake dishes with pride; ensuring they are made to exact specificationsWork closely with the kitchen brigade, maintaining an inclusive team environmentUsing your culinary knowledge to ensure the quality levels remain at our high standardsPartner with the Sous Chefs, helping them with any given duties in kitchen managementDelegate responsibilities to Kitchen Helpers, giving them your knowledge to assist in their developmentQualificationsPrevious experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie working on multiple sectionsImpressive knife skillsAirline catering would be fantastic, although not essentialConfident working in busy, fast paced culinary environmentsAmbitious and motivated to produce high quality dishesAble to communicate effectively in EnglishConfident working in a teamFlexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Production Kitchen operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.Right to work in the UKAdditional InformationWe believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
