Full TimePermanentPosted 4 hours agoTSR LegalHighly CompetitiveParalegal – BristolTSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading regional law firm who now have a new opportunity for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to handle disputed claims under the Small Claims Protocol.Duties/Responsibilities:Managing own caseload of RTA cases, completing tasks and assessing liabilityPursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management systemComplying with agreed service standardsCommunicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, and solicitorsHandling administrative tasks as requiredSkills/Competencies Required:Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience, including liability disputed cases involving split settlementsExperience of issuing MOJ proceedingsMaking and receiving court applications & having had stage 3 experienceTeam playerAbility to use own initiative and work to strict deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood attention to detailAbout the FirmThis is a national law firm providing legal services to businesses and individuals.
