Job Description:Job DescriptionOur Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.Join our awarded Transit team as a Intermediate Architect - Transit Facilities. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced, driven team with a proven success record in both design and technical excellence! The successful candidate will offer experience being involved in large complex building projects end to end along with strong working drawings and BIM delivery – this will be imperative. You will also be part of a sought-after culture that supports dynamic career advancement and prizes work/life balance.Role accountabilities:Design, Design DevelopmentDevelop architectural working drawing packages.Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultantsSupport the project manager on field services and construction administration.Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.QualificationsMinimum Degree in ArchitectureMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience at an architectural firmStrong hands-on experience with architectural design, design development and construction drawingsStrong hands-on experience with developing of architectural working drawingsExpertise with Revit Architecture, Revit Structure & Revit MEP as demonstrated by sophisticated use of softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills for team-based working environment and for teaching othersExcellent planning and organization skills required for fast-paced projectsHighly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challengesAdaptable, agile, and open to accepting design challengesExperience with Transit Facility design will be considered an asset.Additional InformationWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
