Full-time (100%), fixed term through to December 2025Base salary will be in the range $89,861- $96,402 + 17% SuperannuationBased at our CampusAbout This OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced and innovative Learning Design Support Officer to create and maintain a variety of learning materials that enhance teaching quality and optimise student learning outcomes.In this role, you will report to the eLearning Manager of the Medical School where you will have the support to work autonomously. You will collaborate closely with course staff, including academic personnel, course coordinators, and professional staff within the Medical School, offering comprehensive learning design assistance for various learning and teaching initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:Contributes to the identification and design of tools; processes and templates to streamline teaching services with emphasis on good curriculum, pedagogical and assessment design.Applies knowledge of pedological principles to inform decisions on the most suitable modes of instruction.Develops, prepares, and updates a range of documents to support the successful development and implementation of eLearning initiatives and processes.Assists academic and course staff with implementing pedagogical, curriculum and assessment approaches, both online and face-to-face.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
