DESCRIPTIONIn EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Selling Partner (SP) experience, constrains selection and jeopardizes growth. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.As a Senior Program Manager in EU3P Compliance programs - you will define the strategy and execution plan to programmatically scale a high visibility and complex tax and trade compliance program across EU and UK. You will influence cross VP organizations to (1) define the seller experience and engagement programs to increase compliance, (2) shape the risk appetite for executive leadership, (3) design and implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces and (4) design, implement and lead simplification initiatives for both Tax and Trade domains.The ideal candidate is motivated and agile, with strong project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management and communication skills.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred.- Experience in driving large, cross-functional programs, strong program and project management experience.- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.- Experience in demonstrating excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctlyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Prior experience working with technical products or online services· Track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments· History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadershipAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
