Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.About the roleAs part of Public Health and Primary Care Unit we deliver services to the multi-disciplinary program areas. The Team Leader is responsible for the continuous improvement and delivery of high quality, customer facing reception and administration services. All activities of the position will reflect current best practice standards for Barwon Health Administration and support consumers and carers to achieve an optimum level of health independence through:Accessing the right servicesProvision of consumer -centred information and support to access to community members from a broad range of backgroundsContribute to meeting the program key performance indicators (KPI's) and good experience.The position will operate according to relevant legislation, Barwon Health policies, and program and department guidelines.
