This role is offered on fixed term contract basis for 12 months with the opportunity to become permanent.The role:Document control for projects using various industry-standard tools.Run reports to check workflows, RFI, QA rejected documents, drawing comments, etc.QA checking documents for compliance with project protocols and numbering conventions.Distribute documents on external sites using workflows and transmittals.Ensure documents are issued to client deadlines.Respond to document requests and make requests for documents.Update Drawing Issue sheets and TIDPs with the latest information.Set up distribution lists and project document control.Act as the main point of contact for designated projects..The candidatePrevious experience in document control.Experience with document control tools such as Asite, Projectwise, Aconex, Viewpoint 4P, Business Collaborator, and others.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Good communication skills, responsive, and flexible.High attention to detail.Salary £30,000-£40,000, annual leave 27 days per year plus excellent benefits including private medical healthcareHoop Recruitment
