It's important to know, what you do matters.As the Senior Underwriter for SME, you will ensure profitable underwriting of new and existing business while supporting the development of other SME underwriters who work across a variety of lines of business (SME Packages and Commercial) for specific broker panels. You will help to drive a strong underwriting, sales, and customer-focused culture to deliver market leading broker experiences, culminating in profitable growth.Important to your success - let's grow togetherSME underwriting experience with knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations governing general insurance.ANZIIF qualifications.Experience coaching and mentoring staff.Ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels.Effective time management skills, a can-do attitude, solutions focused, and highly resilient.Belong.
