Job Title: FM Compliance ManagerLocation: Flexible (National Offices)Frequency: 2 days on-site, 3 days remoteOverview of the Business:Our client, a global law firm with 2,500+ professionals in 45 offices worldwide, specialises in dispute resolution and advisory services. Known for their expertise in litigation and defending insurance and liability claims, they offer innovative legal solutions and exceptional results.Role Purpose:Reporting to the Head of BC & FM Compliance, the FM Compliance Manager will lead the Global Health & Safety Strategy. This role supports FM Teams in achieving targets, action plans, and training compliant with local regulations. Responsibilities include managing ISO 14001 in the UK, aligning the EMS globally, and supporting client audits and reporting frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a global Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) framework aligned with ISO45001.Implement a Compliance Tracking system.Chair the Health & Safety Committee in the UK.Develop and implement global Health & Safety Training and Induction.Manage the Display Screen Equipment process and the global Healthy Working policy.Report on near misses, incidents, and accidents.Maintain ISO14001 EMS in the UK and align it globally.Conduct internal H&S and Environmental audits.Support client questionnaires and reporting frameworks.Develop and oversee the H&S budget.Experience Required:Implementation of ISO14001.Extensive Health & Safety experience in professional services.Strong document and policy management skills.Contractor management experience.Knowledge of global FM, H&S, and Environmental regulations.Excellent administration and Excel skills.Strong communication skills and risk management ability.Willingness to travel.Team player.Apply now to join a forward-thinking firm and lead the way in global Health & Safety compliance!Empro Consultants
