Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, the Videographer/Editor position is responsible for all internal video production activities for learning, communications, team engagement, as well as providing general creative support to the larger Human Resources team and Brick corporate, retail, distribution, and fleet employees. Responsibilities:Creation of video projects including: training videos, internal communications, highlight videos, special occasion videos, etc.Projects involve planning, shooting, editing, graphics production, and final delivery in both French and English. Will work closely with the company translator.Work closely with others in the company to plan and schedule production needsSet up, shoot, and tear down productions including lights, camera, audio, and teleprompter both in and out of the studioLighting, shooting, and processing of green-screen footagePatience while directing untrained talent for professional resultsCapturing high-quality audio with wired and wireless equipmentKnowledge of media formats for internet deliveryBe organized with assets and proficient with archivingCollaborate on and develop new video-based projects for both learning and communication purposesQualifications:Education and Experience Required:Post-secondary education in a video/digital media programPrior work experience shooting and editingKnowledge and Skills Required:Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and IllustratorExperience with writing and editing scriptsExperience with video production equipment (Canon cameras, lights, audio devices, etc.).Proficient with nonlinear video editing applications (We use Adobe Premiere Pro)Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)Please include a demo reel or samples of your work when applying.
