Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests!About the role:The Housekeeping Supervisor is part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The position works closely with the Housekeeping leadership team to ensure a high level of cleanliness hotel wide. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons. The position oversees both Housekeeping Attendants and Housepersons working on the floors conducting detailed inspections of their work.Main Responsibilities:Inspects the work of a team of Housekeeping Attendants and Housepersons responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. Trains and coaches employees when standards have been missed.Schedules work to be done daily, collects room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas. Monitors each Housekeeping Attendants daily progress. Inspects completed rooms to assure that all standards have been metCoordinates work orders in assigned section.
