If you’re looking to gain experience in advertising and work in a fast and fun culture, apply now!For more JCDecaux US information, visit .The Role:JCDecaux is currently seeking a Staff Accountant, who will report to the Senior Director of Accounting and will be responsible for the month end close process and the maintenance of the general ledger for multiple legal entities.This is a full-time position based in our New York office and will operate in a hybrid work model.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of account reconciliations such as fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, and bank reconciliationsResponsible for monthly submission of financial reporting packages to the group for the entities assignedResponsible for monthly reporting obligations to our Concession partnersAssist other team members with Finance and perform ad hoc responsibilities as neededResponsible for assisting with the annual audits/ certifications and any other reporting requirements as necessaryQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar.2-4 years of accounting experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.SAP experience a plus but not required.Consolidation/reporting experience a plus.Ability to be proactive and a team player.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good “problem solving” ability within a high-pressure environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.Benefits:At JCDecaux, we value our employees as whole individuals and offer various benefits to support them.
