We are challenging key fundamentals like audience creation, purpose, creativity, and digital platforms.The RoleThe Senior Digital Specialist (Programmatic) at Mediahub Sydney is responsible for the planning, activation and optimisation of Programmatic Video, BVOD and Display. As a key point person for our global and local clients, the Senior Digital Specialist will ensure they are receiving outstanding day-to-day service and industry leading strategy, planning and execution - delivering outcomes that directly drive and help achieve their business objectives.Reporting into the Digital Manager, you will be expected to have a deep understanding and excellent working knowledge of the key tech platforms we use; DV360 and The Trade Desk. The role covers all aspects of Programmatic strategy and implementation. On a day-to-day basis you work will be actively building campaigns within the platforms and optimising to ensure successful delivery. You are constantly analysing effectiveness and reporting to the internal team on performance & insights.You will be a key part of the growing Mediahub digital team. You are proud of what you do and thrive on the chance to be a hero for your clients and your colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Implementation (40%)Work directly with internal Client Services team on all elements related to the campaign set up.Ensure all campaign requirements are correctly implemented & setup in DSP consoles.Track, measure and analyse early post launch campaign activities and resolve delivery and performance problems related to set up and technical issues.Campaign Optimisation, Analysis & Reporting (40%)Use DSP and Ad-Server data for daily statistical analysis regarding pacing and performance of your campaigns.Through campaign insights, communicate to clients the best possible optimization techniques to ensure client KPIs are met.Optimising campaigns leveraging the optimisation dashboard & providing feedback to Business Intelligence on improved features & data visualisation.Strategy (20%)Provide recommendations to your Client Services team for use in brief responses.Present industry updates and campaign optimisations to the Mediahub Team.Working with your Digital Lead execute tests within the DSP.Why join Mediahub?The opportunity to work for one of the largest and most progressive global media agency networksBonus annual leave programIndustry-leading parental leave policyHybrid working (WFH + work from office in Surry Hills)Mental health and wellbeing initiativesInclusive, kind and collaborative company cultureIf you're committed to not being satisfied with the status quo.
