DESCRIPTIONOver 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics and Apparel to Consumables and beyond. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries. EU 3P Compliance organization enables Sellers to sell on Amazon's EU Marketplaces in compliant manner, adhering to EU legislative requirements across Tax, Trade, EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and Product Compliance.We are looking for someone with passion for using data in order to drive business actions.As a BIE, you are keen to improve current reporting solutions or innovate by creating new and simpler ones and provide the Marketplace business with robust automated insight.You thrive at analyzing and modelling very large data sets, diving below the surface to identify the root cause and the “so what” rather than just superficial trends.You love participating in cross-functional projects that will directly impact the commercial performance of the business.Key job responsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders from business, product and operations teams to define priority of BI projects, and reporting / Program Management for BI projectsLead high impact BI projects - Performing deep-dives to derive actionable insights; Creating models to predict outcomes and optimize business processesBuilding self-service reporting tools and dashboardsProviding SQL support and delivering trainings (SQL, Tableau, etc.)Participating in cross-functional projects in collaboration with business teams in EuropeBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines- Experience with SQL- Experience in the data/BI spacePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasetsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
