Explore limitless opportunities across 5000 hotels in over 100 countriesParticipate actively in initiatives to build a more inclusive and sustainable worldAnd many more benefits and perks : Our objective is simple: make you grow and give you the spark to unleash your personalityJob DescriptionAs our next Maintenance Team Leader, you…Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance.Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotel’s quality requirements.Alongside the Maintenance Manager you ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.Are responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.Manage and supervise team members in their day to day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed.Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.Salary: £30,000 per yearA little more information:As Maintenance Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team.
