Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment, training, time management and staff administration in general.In order to support the team in place, we are looking for a trainee with a school convention for minimum 6 months to provide administrative support in the Training and Recruitment areas.Your main tasks will be to:Register and follow-up all external training courses according to procedures in placeOrganize in-house training events (invitations, attendance sheets, feedback forms, support documentation, invoice checking, filing…)Maintain training database up to datePrepare and complete the training “Co-Funding application” according to legal requirementsDraft and publish job offers internally and externallyScreen applications and set up interviews with candidatesUpdate the recruitment database on a daily basisProvide various training and recruitment reports and statisticsContribute to various training and recruitment projects .Job requirements:Minimum BAC+3 in administrative or HR area - School convention required.Rigor and accuracy are essential skillsVery good level of English and French, especially in writingExcellent communication skills - Client focused with the ability to communicate professionally at all levelsEffective time managementProactivityVery good command of the Microsoft office tools (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)High level of confidentialityPlease be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3).Jobs.lu
