The culture at Revantage is built on our shared core values and commitment to be:Achievers – We expect high standards for ourselves and enable the success of our teams;Enthusiasts - We face challenges with optimism and believe anything is possible;Leaders - We commit to continuously improve our performance;Learners – We learn from our challenges, successes and the diversity of our people;Partners - We deliver value and positive impact to our partners.Responsibilities:The roles and responsibilities to be assumed by the Employee include, but are not limited to, the following:Write queries to extract data from warehouses, implement views for business consumption;Advanced analytics reporting and understanding of engineering processes and business processes;Strong Statistical foundation and application, help implement AI & ML solutions;Ability to communicate trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data to management and Senior Leadership Team, (Story telling with data);Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other organisational leaders to identify opportunities;Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of data analysis process and replicate the analysis if necessary.Qualifications:What You Bring To The Role2-4 years relevant professional experience;Degree in Engineering or Hard Sciences;Strong SQL skills with preferably some python experience (2+ years);Financial knowledge and understanding of core investment themesStatistics, Mathematics, Finance & Accounting usage and experienceTeam player;Strong self starter initiative identify opportunities for efficiency improvements;Result oriented and Problem Solving initiative.DIVERSITY MAKES US SMARTERWith an exceptionally high number of nationalities and spoken languages we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone — diversity and inclusion is the DNA of Revantage Europe.
