You will be able to set and work to deadlines, with the ability to multi-task, and key attention to detail.This is a role your sleeves up and get stuck in role.Travel: The successful candidate will provide an approachable point of contact for colleagues with queries relating to business travel with Informa, troubleshooting and fielding queries to the team and external service providers where appropriate. The administrator will support the Global Travel Manager and Regional Travel Managers in producing reports, analysing data, researching and liaising with suppliers including the upkeep and maintenance of department intranet site and content.Events: the Administrator will be required to provide general events support to the team in the planning and executing of physical, digital and hybrid events throughout the year, along with supporting the team where required onsite at the events themselves.Administrator: provide admin support to the team from diary management to expenses.Duties include, but are not limited to:Assist colleagues with use of the online travel booking platform, internal intranet pages and online travel security platform.Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the shared email inbox to ensure efficient and quick responses to colleague enquiries and escalating matters to the relevant team member..Manage pre and post travel queries, and signpost where appropriate.Compile monthly and adhoc reports according to requirementsAssist in event management and planning for upcoming events, including schedules and audience management.Participate at events where requested, performing duties as instructed by senior team members such as setting up and derigging events, managing suppliers, managing customers etc.Venue research and proposal management for new event enquiries.Manage all pre-event packing, research and ordering of equipment such as stationary and other equipment required for each event.Excellent calendar management skills including ability to coordinate meetings across multiple time zones correctly.Manage expenses across the two online systems for the teamManage the processing of invoices via SAP.Arrange both internal & external meetings with stakeholdersBuild strong relationships across the entire group and key external stakeholders.Prioritise and multi task to meet deadlines in a face paced, high profile teamQualificationsA passion for travel and events and administration.Professional customer focused attitude: ability to stay calm and patient under pressureForward thinking, flexible and able to troubleshootPositive, confident team player with a creative approachA fun, How can I help attitude.Strong attention to detailGreat communicator (verbal, face-to-face, and by email)Able to juggle various priorities and deadlinesA self starter with an eye for continual improvement across all areas of their role and department.Good organisation and numerical skills along with analytical skills.IT confident and able to work with various systems; including, but not limited to, excellent Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skillsAbility and willingness to travelAbility and willingness to work additional hours if required.Additional InformationWhy work at InformaJust as no two days are the same, at Informa we recognise that no two people are the same, putting diversity and inclusivity at the heart of what we do.
