We are driven to provide the highest caliber of service and to build capacity through people.Our dedicated team is made up of professionals with varied backgrounds and professional profiles who are connected by extensive professional experience along with a drive to make a difference.The Boreala team is looking for an Analyst with prior experience and interest in Compensation.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Supporting the creation, development and implementation of Compensation programs and policies.Conducting market assessments, performing benchmarking and evaluations, supporting pay equity assessments, and other compensation analysis.Conducting general research and data analysis (including surveys).Developing client materials (tools, templates, policies, procedures, forms, etc.).Producing high-quality reports and presentations.Providing support at client meetings.Collaborating and supporting other analysts on various projects.Performing other related tasks.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management or Organizational Development.Training in Compensation is an asset.2 years of related experience.Advanced analytical skills, experience in data analysis preferred.Excellent attention to detail and rigour.Strong communication skills and diplomacy.Fully bilingual (English essential).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and in teams.Occasional travel.Additional InformationWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU!Our employees are our highest priority at Boreala Management.
