Vaco – Boston has teamed up with our client to locate and hire Customer Support Specialists to join their team. In this role you will serve as the client’s first line of response for a high volume of inbound calls with varying degree of complexity.Shift: 9:00AM - 5:00PMThis role includes the following:Able to handle a diverse array of complex customer situations with minimal supervisory assistanceActively listens to determine full extent of customer’s needs while appropriately applying different approaches.Ensures effective customer communication by utilizing superior verbal and written skills.Responsible for achieving entry level sales and service standards as set forth by senior management.Education and Experience:Associate’s Degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience preferred.Customer Service background preferred.Call Center experience preferredService and sales background a plusSkills/Knowledge:Excellent written communication skillsPrevious Banking experience.Bilingual a plusVaco
