DescriptionOur client is a large global apparel business recruiting for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys managing stakeholder relationships, project management and who understands the details .Within this role you will oversee every aspect of the customer experience, managing both the business and the customer(s) to ensure standards and contractual agreements are achieved whilst also meeting the commercial needs of the business.Account Manager - Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the customer’s requirements and create a strategic plan to meet both the customers and business needsBuild, retain and strengthen customer relationships at all levels.Seek out and identify sales opportunities to grow both sales and marginManage and monitor contractual KPIs with regular communication with customer on performance and adherenceIdentify and implement opportunities for process and service improvementsBuild good customer relationships which are profitable and commercialBuild good internal relationships with all departmentsAccurately monitor forecasts, stock levels, budgets and debtorsReview information on weekly / monthly KPI’s for reporting to senior managementHold monthly & quarterly meetings with clients that are accurately documentedMaintain & update data on the company’s CRM systemSuccessfully lead a project team to deliver high value, business critical projectsAbility to work under own initiative, delivering solutions to possible or actual business risk or concernAccount Manager - Essential Criteria - Skills & ExperienceProven track record of managing accounts within a similar Account Manager, or Commercial Manager role (min 3 years experience)Experience in fashion and textiles industry preferable, but not essentialExcels at customer service and project managementProficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM softwareStrong networking skillsGood organisational skills – ability to manage multiple projects and interpret dataAbility to work under pressure to strict targets and deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively and influence people at all levelsProven business/commercial awarenessYou will be required to provide documentary evidence of your right to work in the UKTo apply please send CV to c.turner@peoplemarketing.co.uk (job ref: 130145AA).
