The HR Coordinator plays a key role in the administration of benefits, company policies, procedures, and programs to assure compliance and consistency among management and employees, while providing positive employee relations. This is an 18-month maternity leave coverage position.Job Duties:Responsible for administering Kruger benefits programs for both salaried and hourly employees, including enrollments, changes, and terminationsMaintains employee files, updating as neededActs as a liaison between employees and the payroll department, submitting overtime hours as requiredResponsible for coordinating and scheduling the New Employee Orientation.
