As we navigate through an exciting change programme - you will play a really important central part with reach across the full team.You will be responsible for coordinating and planning HR team activities, as well as assisting leadership with scheduling and planning tasks, so experience in these areas will be important.Ensuring the smooth operation of our People Function activities you will have an opportunity to contribute to a positive employee experience by managing logistics for People Function initiatives and maintaining efficient administrative processes.Additionally, the People Administrator also acts as a backup for the People Coordinators during holidays or absences.Your responsibilities will include:Organising and coordinating People function team days, including scheduling, venue booking, agenda preparation, and logistics managementEnsuring accurate processing of People Function invoices, checking details before management approval to ensure accuracy and prompt paymentAssisting in planning and executing team-building activities and People Function eventsPreparing materials and resources for meetingsProviding administrative support to People Function leadership, including calendar management, expenses, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangementsAssisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for meetingsManaging communications on behalf of People Functioning leadership, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.What you will bring:Ideally educated to minimum HNC/HND level in a relevant disciplineAdministration experience, preferably within a People Function or L&D environmentProficiency in systems and applicationsGood organisational & interpersonal skillsAbility to plan and prioritise workloadAttention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to work on own initiative, with minimum supervision and to strict deadlinesAble to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all timesWhat we offer…We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice can be heard.
