What you'll be doing…Do you love coaching people? Do you have experience in leading a team? Do you have experience in Sales and Retention? We at Future are on the hunt for an individual with a passion for Sales and Retention and an excellent ability to drive performance.You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Specialist Team, ensuring consistent team effort and focus on achieving all KPIs, hitting and exceeding targets, and delivering a high level of customer service at all times; while maintaining a positive, motivational and supportive working environment.Your focus will be on maximising the save rates of our magazine subscribers and retaining existing customers, to maximise value and reduce turnover.Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…A familiarity of working towards KPI and other target-driven factors.Work closely with the operation to understand their needs and drive positive change across the business.Positively influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class service to customers.Strong leadership and management skills.
