Diners are set to dive into an exciting journey of traditional flavours that hero both the raw ingredients and the masterful art of Italian cuisine.About YouSettimo is now seeking an experienced person to take the leading role as HEAD CHEF.The successful applicant will have significant previous experience as a head chef in a fast paced Restaurant environment. You will be able to demonstrate high technical skills, a fundamental understanding of the principals of Italian cucina and be able to produce quality food with integrity of produce and recipe. You will be a passionate leader who will teach and mentor the team as well as reporting to senior managers and consultants and efficiently running the administration of the kitchen.Strong leadership skills are required at this level with motivation for constant service perfection and meeting key performance indicators. You will work well within a team and possess a flexible approach in order to meet the changing needs of a growing and exciting profession. You will demonstrate excellent technical and customer service skills and will be friendly, polite and courteous at all times.The RoleYou will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of exceptional food, recipes and produce as well as having a customer service focus. You will work on product development and collaborate on the integrity and authenticity of the menu.You will need to ensure the highest level of consistency and maintenance of the kitchen with an unfaltering attention to the food safety program.
