Join our client as a Global Account Director!Location: Iselin, NJDivision: Air & Sea USJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: $130K/yr - $170K/yrAre you looking for a new challenge and to be a part of a leading global transport and logistics company?Our client has evolved to become the world's 3rd largest supplier of global solutions within transport and logistics.As the Global Account Director, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key global accounts in the transportation and logistics industry. You will drive revenue growth, develop and execute account strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team of account managers while reporting to the Vice President of Sales.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned global accounts.Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within assigned accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and timely resolution of customer issues.Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports to clients and management.Lead and develop a team of account managers to achieve individual and team objectives.Conduct regular account planning and review meetings with the team.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution.Educational Background / Work Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required.Master's degree in business or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management in the transportation and logistics industry.Experience managing global accounts and developing account strategies is required.Prior experience leading and managing teams.Skills & Competencies:Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Supervisory Responsibilities:The Global Account Director will lead and develop a team of account managers.Apply now to take your career to new heights with a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring global supply chain success.
