If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to meet you!Job Skills / RequirementsPosition: Security Guard - Site TrainedSite: Bay Adelaide CentreCity: 333 Bay Street, TorontoStatus: On-Call / Casual - As needed Basis**Hours: Monday to Sunday - 12-hour Continental Nights/ Days ** Flexibility RequiredPay Rate: Hired Base Rate: $16.55/ Hr**Rate fluctuates based on assigned work site location.*When scheduled to work at Bay Adelaide Centre you will receive $19.37/hr.Site Description: Bay Adelaide West opened its doors in June 2009. The Bay Adelaide Centre complex encompasses a whole city block and consists of the newly constructed East Tower, 1/2 acre urban plaza. Connected to the PATH (Toronto 27KM underground walkway) with 51 floors and 1,100 underground parking and on site management and 24/7 building access and security.Ensure staff are following the assigned patrol schedule;Provide clear and concise communication to security staff;Record all information in a detailed and factual manner;Follow communication guidelines issued by the client, such as prompt notification of incidents; using correct notification groups and providing information that is detailed and factual;Be familiar with all Brookfield Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Procedures;Have very strong communication and customer service skills;Write detailed, factual, and concise incident reports for all incidents mentioned in Appendix AExcellent written and verbal communication skills;Strong command of the English language.Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills;Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills;Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, multi-tasked environment;Flexible and adaptable in dealing with a diversity of situations and people;Ability to work efficiently under stress;Team player.Education Requirements (Any)High School Diploma/GEDCertification Requirements (Any)Standard First Aid, CPR Level CValid Security LicenceAdditional Information / BenefitsPaladin Security has a diverse workforce.
