This highly-regarded structure manages investments primarily in Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure and operates across various jurisdictions. Furthermore, joining the structure will provide you with an excellent work/life balance : By offering flexible working hours and very limited overtime, you are sure to find a better balance than in a law firm for example.Lastly, the structure offers a very generous salary package which consists of a gross salary above market practice as well as several benefits (meal vouchers, 30 days off per year, bonus, insurance and so on).Your Responsibilities | Legal Counsel – Law – HoldCO – PE/RE - InhouseYou are in charge of investment transactions in PE/RE and infrastructure from the set-up to the closing which also includes the review and negotiations of contracts.You are responsible for legal monitoring and research but also for offering legal advice in relation to the daily operations.You will participate in adapting internal legal policies and procedures if needed. You also take on the role of legal counsel for all in-house legal matters of the Holding company itself.You report directly to the Head of Legal and coordinate with the other internal teams.Profile and Career Path | Legal Counsel – Law – HoldCO – PE/RE - InhouseThe candidate for this role should have at least 6 years of experience in a Law Firm (Corporate M&A or Commercial practice) or as Legal Counsel in a PFS or ManCo, with a strong focus on transactions.A Master’s degree in Law is asked. Any other certificates or diplomas are a plus.The candidate should possess excellent English language skills and be comfortable communicating in an international work environment.
