The Head of Marketing will build, lead and oversee the Marketing department of a thriving consumer based in Bellshill. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth by supporting enquiry generation for the sales team and enhancing the company's brand image.Lead, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesOversee all marketing and advertising activitiesCollaborate with in-house videographer and produce and implement a content strategy.Significant focus on paid social - Facebook and Google ads, analytics and reporting to the Directors.Recruit and manage the performance of the marketing teamCollaborate with other departments to achieve company goalsMonitor market trends and competitor activityManage the department's budget and ensure cost-effectiveness; drive ROI and ROASEnhance the company's brand image and customer engagementGenerate leads and drive growthLeadership role and opportunity to build out a team.|High-growth consumer business on an exciting expansion trajectory.A successful Head of Marketing should have:A degree in Marketing, Business or a related fieldStrong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial outlook.Proven experience in a senior marketing roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent understanding of market research methods and data analysisStrong paid social experienceStrong knowledge of marketing principles and best practicesAbility to devise and implement strategic marketing initiativesThis is a leading company in the home improvements industry, only 4 years old but already having taken substantial market share in Scotland, and having begun expansion into England.
