As a Preschool Educator, you'll create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that helps children reach their highest potential while partnering with parents and your colleagues to help make this happen. You'll show exemplary responsive care, while demonstrating classroom management skills, lesson planning and developmentally appropriate practice. This position will work in a Preschool Classroom within the Francis Howell School District.Our Company:Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We value social justice and are dedicated to enhancing racial equity in our organization.This Position:We are interested in Preschool Teachers with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood education or Child Development from an accredited college/university.
