Randstad Digital is looking for a skilled Principal Project Manager to join our client in the healthcare sector for a 12 month contract. Our client is committed to advancing healthcare through digital innovation, ensuring reliable access to information systems, leading the implementation of digital solutions, and supporting innovation through digital health and business solution programs.The Principal Project Manager will work on the Cyber Security Program. Current projects under the program include: Endpoint Protection Platform Replacement, Modernisation of Vulnerability Management Services. Implementation of Application Control on Server Infrastructure, and more.Key Responsibilities:Manage large-scale, complex ICT projects to ensure successful completion within agreed performance criteria.Follow defined service quality standards and occupational health and safety policies.Utilise appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools to ensure quality outcomes.Monitor and report on project trends and performance against plans and schedules.Manage resources, expenses, and capital costs against project forecasts.Foster effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.Skills & Experience:Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex cyber security projects, preferably in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Cloud Technologies, Network Security, and Secure Web Gateways.Expertise in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change.Proficiency in appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and tools.Strong negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills.Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring effective multi-disciplinary teams.Join Randstad Digital and our client to contribute to the future of healthcare by leveraging your cutting-edge cyber security skills.
