LIFE Trusts is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and students. Your role will involve performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the building, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have prior custodial experience, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas on a daily basisVacuum, sweep, and mop floorsDust and wipe down surfacesEmpty trash and recycling binsRestock cleaning supplies and toiletries as neededReport any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities ManagerAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelinesPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or repairing minor fixturesAssist with setting up and breaking down equipment and furniture for meetings or eventsRequirementsPrior custodial experience preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy objectsKnowledge of cleaning and maintenance proceduresFlexibility to work evenings or weekends as neededHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefitsHealth insuranceLIFE Trusts
