Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Family Services, the Access Worker plays a vital role in facilitating safeand supportive parenting time visits between children and their families within the context of ChildWelfare services. This position is dedicated to upholding equity practice, the principles of Signs ofSafety service framework, ensuring the well-being and safety of children and families involved, whileworking collaboratively with the professional team. The incumbent shall be scheduled daily hours ofwork between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM inclusive, Monday to Saturday. It is understood that the dailyhours of work shall not normally exceed 7 consecutive hours per day or 70 hours over a 2- week payperiod, exclusive of meal periods. The schedule will allow for no less than 2 weekends off in a 4 weekperiod.
