Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.Extensive post graduate experience in the drug and alcohol field and specialist knowledge of; child protection, domestic violence, mental illness and cultural diversity.Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate teams, mentor and support others in practice changes, gathering data, managing risk and reflective practice.Demonstrated extensive experience of providing drug and alcohol counselling, and the development and facilitation of group programs.Demonstrated high level ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing, and proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
