A successful installer excels at problem-solving, possesses strong communication skills, and collaborates effectively with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.What Can We Do for You?Competitive Compensation ranges between $28 - $38/hour DOE plus spiffs and OT!Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Long-term disability insurance.Company-paid life insurance.401K plan with company match.PTO.Paid holidays.Company Provided vehicle, phone, and tablet.Massive opportunities for advancement as our company grows.Fun and supportive management team.Responsibilities for the Commercial Plumber Installer:Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute installations.Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems and fixtures (piping, drainage, water supply, etc.).Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes, valves, and fittings using specialized tools.Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.Install and connect plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, water heaters, etc.)Collaborate with other tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) to ensure smooth project completion.Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Document completed work and maintain accurate records.Requirements for the Commercial Plumber Installer:8+ years of hands-on experience as a Commercial Plumber Installer.Journeyman's or Master's License is highly preferred.Associate degree (A.A.) or technical certification is a plus, but not required.Unwavering commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth within the trade.Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.Ability to pass a background check.Tech-savvy and excellent communication skills.Our staff is regarded with a sense of pride and familial connection, reflecting our commitment to treating everyone as an extension of our family.
