Central Adelaide Local Health NetworkStatewide - SA PathologySalary: OPS4 - $75,430 - $79,070 p.a. + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice BenefitsAdelaide SAFull Time, Contracted Role up to 2 yearsAbout the roleThe Facilities Officer is responsible for coordinating and undertaking a range of project planning, administration and management functions and services for SA Pathology building projects and facilities works in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.The role provides a building and maintenance consulting service to SA Pathology management and staff in the planning and delivery of works, including undertaking costing analysis, providing operational advice and guidance, and providing recommendations for the resolution of Work Health and Safety issues and risks.The Facilities Officer provides expert operational advice to the development and delivery of the planned and remedial maintenance program for SA Pathology facilities and provides a responsive point of contact service for the Across Government Facilities Management Agreement (AGFMA), including undertaking investigations and providing reporting.The Facilities Officer oversees and monitors trades persons from multiple disciplines and evaluates their work to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed schedules and work practices and in compliance with, all relevant standards, codes and regulations.About usStatewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
