We have supported the establishment of impact finance vehicles in excess of €10 billion, providing significant contributions to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.Job descriptionIn order to support our growth and strengthen our People & Culture practice, we are currently looking for a hands-on, rigorous and versatile Junior HR Officer to work alongside our Head of HR.You will play an important role in assisting the Head of HR in organising the day-to-day operations of all HR matters, with a focus on payroll. You will gradually become one of our leading figures in addressing social matters and will participate in driving current and upcoming changes needed to implement the best HR market practices.WHAT YOU WILL DOManage payroll coordination with the external services provider.Handle daily HR administrative matters (absence management, etc.) and questions.Handle employment contracts in collaboration with the Head of HRInsure our HR tool (Lucca) is up to date and be a driving force for improvementsHandle the filing for HR personal data and documents throughout our employees' careers at InnpactHandle the training co-funding procedure and individual training leaves.Coordinate the performance management process.Support the Head of HR in various projects including :Update our HR policy to support our people-centered principles and actions.Renew our B Corp certification and work on the continuous improvement of our practices : from strengthening our employer brand, to showcasing our commitment to social and environmental good, attracting top talent who prioritise working for companies with a positive impact.Ensure a timely and efficient communication with our providers and the administrations.ProfileUniversity graduate - ideally in HR, accounting, business, finance or economics.A first professional experience in Luxembourg ideally gained in a payroll department or in HR.Good knowledge of the Luxembourg labour law and payroll calculation in Luxembourg.Fluency in English is required.
