Over the years, Annecto has continued to grow and develop its services in disability and aged care, leading the way with in-home services and independent living. Today, Annecto works across multiple regions and states of Australia and works closely with communities across Victoria, NSW, ACT and Queensland. Annecto supports not only the individual, but the community as a whole to be healthier, self-determining and more autonomous based on the original culture of that community.This position has been newly created due to growth in Annecto's corporate functions and aims to support all of their operational People & Culture (P&C) needs. Reporting to the P&C Operations Manager, the role will focus on partnering with leaders in functions such as Finance, Marketing and our Executive Office to provide expert advice and aid teams to deliver on key people outcomes. The successful applicant will build strong, trusting and meaningful relationships with both our corporate function leaders and staff, and provide best-practice solutions for NFP problems.With an established background in generalist HR, the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering guidance and support in corporate talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management and administration, performance management and will be the first port of call for employee enquiries and workplace relations matters.Role outcomesAct as first point of contact for delivery of entire suite of P&C services from talent attraction & sourcing to off-boarding for specific organisational units.Collaborate with unit heads to develop a localised and fit for purpose workforce strategyInterpret and leverage P&C reports to advise leaders on department and organization trends relevant to them and data insightsAdvise leaders and staff on interpreting industrial awards, EBAs and P&C policies and processesIn conjunction with Workplace Relations team, support corporate leaders with management of workplace issuesPartner closely with L&D and OD team to implement strategies to develop workforce capability, ensure appropriate training and development, implement performance management systems, develop career & succession plans and improve engagement and retentionPartner closely with Corporate P&C team and the P&C Operations Manager to contribute to staff related policies, procedures, processes, practices and systems for continual improvementMaintain and monitor HRIS and other HR systems/records on a regular basis to ensure compliance and data accuracyon adhoc basis, provide leave backfill for P&C Business Partners in Operations teamsRole benefitsHybrid work: currently 2 days in the office, 3 days WFHNFP Salary Packaging - $15,900 p.a. + $2,650 meals and entertainmentCentral location in Footscray, 5 minute walk from the train stationSupportive, friendly and welcoming teamKey Selection Criteria (for full criteria, see Position Description)At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably within Community Services or Healthcare sector within AustraliaTertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplineExperience in strategic recruitment for corporate professions (experience with LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous)Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable in advising Senior Leadership and Executive Suite positionsProficient understanding of Fair Work Act, modern awards and HR policiesSound analytical thinking and problem solving skillsPassion for process and continuous improvementHow to ApplyPlease click apply to submit your cover letter and resume.
