You will be responsible for the service delivery of all risk management related task, delegation control, due diligence and valuation.AS A MANAGER OF YOUR SPECIALIZED RISK TEAM YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:Periodic reporting to the management bodies of the AIFM, the AIF and the CSSF on the risk situation of the managed investment funds as well as the management companyPreparation of risk profiles of the AIF based on the individual investment strategiesPeriodic monitoring of the investment funds to ensure compliance with legal and contractual investment restrictionsFurther development of the risk management systems and the risk assessment procedures used in this contextDevelopment and maintenance of guidelines, working instructions and control processes as well as further development of the internal control system and risk mitigation measuresEnsuring ongoing monitoring of outsourced areas and functions (outsourcing controlling / delegation control)Initial and ongoing due diligence on service providers and fund partnersMonitoring the valuation process and analysing valuation reports prepared by the appointed valuation agentsParticipation in the Business Acceptance and Valuation CommitteeLeading various projects from time to timeWHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:Degree in business, economics or similar.Very Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for Luxembourg investment funds and AIFM in relation to risk management and delegation control.Assertiveness and self-confidence and motivation to build up your own teamHands-on approachFluent EnglishYOU’LL BE A GOOD FIT……if you enjoy working in a dynamic team, share our passion for real estate / infrastructure, and value our growth vision.
